- Thunder Belt = Levin’s Crystal ×500 + any base Belt-slot item
- Blitz Ring = Levin’s Crystal ×500 + any base Ring-slot item
- The crafted piece’s level matches the base item you feed in, and always comes out at 100% of its maximum base values and enchantment values.
- Cloak and Shoulders pieces only can also drop directly from their matching Fortune Chest (see below). Belt and Ring are craft-only.
Set Bonus(all classes):
- 2/4: Each stack of Electrified reduces enemy Lightning resistance by 2%.
Dragonknight
- 2/4: While Dragon Hide is active, each hit taken triggers a Lightning Field (Cooldown: 5 seconds).
- 3/4: Thunder Hammer replaces Banner of War.
- While Thunder Hammer is active, a Chain Lightning is released on a random enemy in the area every 0.5 seconds
- Chain Lightning bounces to random targets within a 4 meter radius 4 times, dealing 70% of your character’s base damage to enemies and restoring 1% of allies’ Health Points
- 4/4: While inside Thunder Hammer’s area, casting any skill triggers a Chain Lightning
- Rageful Swing deals Lightning damage, applies Electrified, and its skill damage is increased by 150%
Spellweaver
- 2/4: Chain Lightning bounces to 2 additional targets.
- 3/4: Lightning Strike‘s speed is increased and its cooldown reduced by 50%; skill damage increased by an additional 300%; each hit has a 50% chance to release an additional Chain Lightning.
- 4/4: When Lightning Strike is used, 3 additional Lightning Strikes trigger in 0.5-second intervals, automatically striking random enemies within 6 meters.
- Enemies hit by Lightning Strike take 10% increased damage from subsequent Lightning Strike hits, stacking up to 5 times and lasting for 5 seconds
Ranger
- 2/4: After using Blade Dance, Lightning elemental damage is increased by 10% for 6 seconds.
- 3/4: Hornet Cloud is replaced with Lightning Shell.
- Its damage is converted to Lightning, hit frequency is increased by 100%, and its skill damage is increased by 100%.
- While Lightning Shell is active, Lightning elemental damage is increased by 15% and maximum Health Points are increased by 30% (disabled in PvP).
- 4/4: Death Sweep‘s skill damage is increased by 100%, deals Lightning damage, and applies Electrified.
- Each time Death Sweep is used, the hit enemy with the lowest Health Points has a 10% chance to receive 1 additional Electrified stack, and a Lightning damage Deadly Blow is quickly unleashed.
Steam Mechanicus
- 2/4: All turrets deal Lightning damage and can apply Electrified.
- 3/4: After 8 seconds active, a turret enters Overcharged state:
- Mechanical Turret: Attacks penetrate through 3 enemies,
- Tactical Turret: Increases Lightning elemental damage by an additional 20%,
- Tesla Turret: Electrified stack effects are doubled,
- Machine Gun Turret: Attack area becomes a cone.
- 4/4: Each successful Quick Shot hit has a 40% chance to grant 1 Overload stack, lasting 10 seconds, stacking to 30.
- 10 stacks: All existing turrets immediately enter Overcharged state,
- 20 stacks: All turrets’ duration is doubled and their Attack Speed is increased by 60% for 8 seconds,
- 30 stacks: Tesla Turret absorbs all other turrets and self-destructs after 1.5 seconds, dealing 2000% of your character’s base damage as Lightning damage. Each absorbed turret increases the damage by 250%.
